The Columbia River Crossing project team is currently refining the Locally Preferred Alternative based on public and partner agency
input by:

• Continuing technical work on bridge design, pedestrian and bicycle path design, and transit alignments on Hayden Island and downtown Vancouver
• Convening an advisory group to select an interchange option for Marine Drive
• Planning independent reviews or expert panels on the traffic demand model and greenhouse gas analysis
• Talking with communities to hear concerns and provide information
• Reviewing public comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and beginning work on the Final Environmental Impact Statement
